Indemnification

Each user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RMT, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms of use by such user. RMT reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, in which event the relevant user will cooperate with RMT in asserting any available defenses.

Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the RMT website are presented solely for the purpose of entertainment and promoting programs and other products available in the United States, its territories, possessions, and protectorates. The RMT website is controlled and operated by RMT from its offices within the State of Arizona, in the United States of America. These terms of use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any action that the user or any third party brings that arises out of, or is in connection with, any matters related to the RMT website shall be brought only in the state or federal courts of Arizona, and all users expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of the terms of use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This represents the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein and shall not be modified except in writing signed by RMT.

Privacy Statement

In an effort to build users' trust and confidence, RMT, Inc. ("RMT") promotes the principles of disclosure and informed consent. RMT is committed to users' privacy, and in furtherance of that commitment, RMT discloses its policies on data collection, and the use and exchange of information obtained from visitors to the RMT website.

As a general policy, no personal information is collected from visitors to the RMT website. RMT may capture implicit information ("Implicit Information") from users who visit the RMT website for aggregate statistical analysis and website customization.
